This Co-operative Industrial Estate is established on land of 215 acres. The area was industrially undeveloped thus, it was declared as undeveloped area in category “D”. It was must for rapid development of industries in this area.

This Industrial Estate is rapidly developing. As on today there are 141 Industries to whom 359 plots have been allotted. There are various types of industries. Some units in textile and Engineering Sector have been exporting their products. So as to export maximum products from Industrial Estate, it is very necessary to provide them requisite infrastructural facilities.
